It doesn't matter which part of the world you are in( coordinates) unless you are in a different dimesnion you won't be able to find the mansion.
1st step.
Make sure you are an operator or you have a command block. If you don't have a command block but you are an operator, type "/give @s command_block" if you want to give your self but if you want to give everyone type "/give @a command_block"
2nd step.
Type "/locate woodland_mansion"
3rd step.
Type "/tp @s THE COORDINATES YOU GOT".
Most times they don't give a "Y" Value so you just have to estimate the point "Y"
